Went KFC at khayaban e
rahat.. I was really surprised to see 80 percent staff working were .deaf and mute. except mangers and 1 other person... I also seen a
similar KFC at hassan square too. It's a great way of making them independent, I appreciate KFC to give them jobs there.....great
initiative by KFC . would appreciate if other big franchise do as same for
them.. so they could be independent. And stand on their own..
special people are talented and smart and appreciate KFC's
initiative to bring them in main stream of life will really help them live
normally
Its there policy world wide you will see atleast one
handicaped employee in their every outlet in Thailand. there is a girl at the
counter on their outlet on sukhumvit Road and its easier to communicate with
her with hand signs as compare to someone who speaks english in thai
Next time you visit KFC don't forget to thumbs up or appropriate the special person there you're smiles will make him or her more confident I guess
